The property was simple and fairly clean. The room was absolutely gorgeous with puzzles and board games, as example. The pool looked nice. Food for breakfast was nice. Amazing service and easy check in too.

lovely base for a weekend in sarasota! a private kitchen available. hotel was near a grocery store and stores. nothing beats being in island house beach resort.
